Submit a ticket

  1. Log in to your JTWebStudio Hosting account
  2.  Navigate to the “Open Ticket” page by following this path on the navigation bar, Hosting > Open Ticket.
  3. You are now asked to fill out the ticket submission form
  4. Enter your question or concern with as much detail as possible so we may answer your question or concern on our first reply to save you time!
  5. You have the option to add files if there is a need to do so.
  6. Once you are finished, click on the submit button found at the bottom of the page.
  7. You can expect to be answered in the next 48 hours.
